We owe a huge thank you to Sigma for coming on as a sponsor of Season 3! Sigma has been an incredible partner thus far, providing us with lenses and hosting us at various nationwide photography events, like Imaging USA in Dallas, TX, and the Sigma popup in New York City earlier this year. Our relationship with Sigma has led to other opportunities as well, including an interview with the “Parkography” (formerly “America’s National Parks”) podcast.

In filming Season 3 Paul and I used exclusively Sigma lenses for our landscape photography. Photos featured in each episode include our settings, and the lenses from Sigma allowed us to have even more control and flexibility in our compositions and process.

Here are two excerpts from a recent press release that Sigma put out:

View Finders creates an approachable entertainment experience through a combination of photography, travel, adventure, education, conservation and music. Viewers are invited to join Chris and Paul as they travel across the United States exploring the nation’s national parks and natural wonders, educating the audience about critical ecological conservation efforts through fun and lighthearted adventures while capturing the world through their Sigma lenses and showing their individual approaches to photography.

In View Finders, Chris and Paul seek to be ambassadors for the art of photography and attract new people to this art form; View Finders is meant to serve as a gateway to an understanding and appreciation of the greater world around us.
