View Finders is an Emmy® nominated exploration of the intersection between the natural world, the artist’s lens, and the vital mission of environmental preservation. Currently airing on PBS and Create TV, the show takes viewers on a visual journey to some of the most breathtaking locations in the United States. Hosted by award-winning photographers Chris Greer and Paul Daniel, each episode serves as a comprehensive landscape photography masterclass rooted in a deep respect for the Earth’s most fragile ecosystems.

While many nature programs focus solely on the destination, View Finders pulls back the curtain on the creative process. Viewers gain insider access to professional photography tips on mastering light, perfecting composition, and the technical nuances of manual camera settings like shutter speed, aperture, and ISO. Whether we are chasing the “golden hour” in Acadia National Park or sailing throughout the British Virgin Islands, our mission is to provide education that helps you take better photos with the gear you already own while showcasing important conservation work being done in the locations we visit.
